I think i may have one in my tank, the reason why is my brittle star has all his arms missing, this happen within a couple of days. also seen something that was pinkish in color and was really fast moving. need some input from anybody that has ever had one.

Where did your live rock come from?

I bought my lr from BSL . not sure what kind, The rock has been in there for about 8 months. alot of my crabs are missing, also snails. I can't understand how it has gone unnoticed for so long, if it is one.

I doubt you have one if you are not hearing any clicking noises... There are spearer mantis, but rarly get into aquariums on accident.
