mantis shrimp ?

well ive been thinking about setting up an aquarium for a mantis shrimp but im wondering if anyone here has owned one or is maybe trying to trap one they want to sell.

Call Adam's Aquatics in Des Moines. He has had one in there for quite a while in a little tank on the counter. I don't think he has it for sale, but might be willing to part with it. Never know.

You might be better off getting one off the net
In the divers den area of Liveaquaria.com they have some pretty cool ones.

They do have a G. smithii, which by Roy Caldwell's account is the best for keeping in an aquarium. Most out and about, most interactive with people, and extremely hardy.

that is a pretty cool mantis. Im thinking I may not get one. its not that they are alot of work but ive beentalking to people and it seems they have a pretty voracious appetite and I dont think I would be able to afford it. It would be way cool though

I was just as Adam's Aquatics the other day.. I was looking for the mantis tank and didnt find it, so it may have been sold or something.

The flatworm exit worked like a charm though =)
