Mantis vs. Killer Isopods

So I am thinking about getting an N. Wennerae from TBS along with some live rock to be placed in a 37gal cube. One of my concerns is that I have read many posts from people who have purchased live rock from TBS to later find they also received some of the parasitic or predatory isopod species. Would that be a problem in a mantis only aquarium? If they would even attack each other, I would think the mantis would quickly kill the isopods. However, there are some really nasty isopod species out there...

Does any one have an opinion or perhaps experience with this?

I have never had a problem with adult stomatopods being attacked by isopods. They can cause problems for small animals when they molt.
