The next meeting will be at Grant's house in Petaluma, please pm him for address and direction.

Date: Sunday the 13th
Time: Noon to late afternoon
Location: Grant's house in Petaluma.

We will be having a water testing workshop, so please bring your test kits and sample of water. Please bring enough to do multiple tests because we might need to do comparission test to confirm your test kit accuracy. also please bring your salinity tester (hydrometer or refractometer) so we can dial them in for you. I think Ken is going to bring reference liquid.

We will also be talking about different ways to maintain your tank's parameter.

This month's swap is Zooanthids, ricordia, so please bring some cool color ones to trade. If you have other suggestions on the swap please let us know.

I do have frags of pink elephan so please let me know if you would like me to bring some for the raffle.

I'm looking forward to the meeting. I just purchased an Elos alk test kit and I'm getting used to it still. I'm having a hard time telling the color difference from cyan to yellow. It doesn't seem to be as a dramatic color difference as my api test kit. Anyone else using this kit? I also just fragged some electric neon green with yellow skirt zoos for the frag swap. I also have some palys that were one of my first corals about five years ago that have started to morph since my new lights. They are two different shades of brown with neon green splashes on them. I've never seen anything like them before. Almost like a magician paly. Grant I would be interested in a yuma if you have extra.

Hey guys,
Just got to work and found my schedule on the 13th is 11-7:30 so I am out:(
I will be thinking of you guys and I will see you at the next one...Craig.

So rocks will be the next meeting?
I have a new Hanna Alk checker, I will try my best to make it to the meeting and bring it.

I just picked up some nice colonies of sps, austera blue with blue polyps and another sps blue with purple tips (I've never seen this coral before), cherry bomb milli (hot pink with blue tips) and a deep almost all blue tenuis. The corals are fraged and should be healed by Sunday. Come to the meeting and win them, these are some of the best corals we got in a while ;) We are working with LFS to bring in different types of corals and this is the result.

Please also note: The money that we generate from the raffle will be used to buy more cool corals for the raffle each month and you will also be qualified for the WCR frag swap at the end of the year's Christmas party.
