March Meeting

The March 26th (Sat) Meeting will be held (By Majority Vote) At Mel's house in Columbia so everyone can see his Awesome system and Fish room.
The Meeting topics will be Fragging Info and demonstrations of different types of corals. And the set up and use of Ca reactors as a mainstay of Ca/KH maintenance for Reef systems.
Plus there as usual will be food and soft drinks at the meeting along with Coffee as Mel and myself are Coffee addicts.
Doors open at Noon, Offical meeting starts a 3:00PM until you are all tired of talking Fish stuff.

Looks like April's meeting will be in Smynra At Jay's house and I will actively work on the rest of the years and try and get them spread out fairly among Nashville/M,Boro Area/Spring Hill Columbia at 4 meetings in each area. Hope this seems fair to all members and anyone can contact me at any time if they have a meeting place in mind.

We voted at the meeting, And we had a vote as to what will be done in the future as to those who do not attend meetings so they can vote online in the future. That was decided by Majority rule today by the members that attended the meeting 10-8 for having the decision today about the next meeting.
In the future an issue that needs voting will be posted 15 day's before the next meeting so those that can not attend have the opertunity to vote on certain decisions. But we strongly reccommend that members attend the meetings in person so we can get their input on all Majority rule decisions.
We, Was not the BOD it was the members who made this decision today and that was their choice.

Bill - do you want us to post here as far a head count goes for the March meeting? Or is this something that needs to wait for web stuff to be put in place?

im with ya on this one, what was voted on today at the meeting, where the future meetings will be at or who is now heading up the club? im at a loss here because i thought there was going to be a thread where everyone who is a member can vote for the open chairs in the body......maybe someone who was at the meeting can clear this up for us who werent there....thanks guys
 
there was no actual vote for new BOD becuase there was not enough people nominated for a vote to occur. meeting minutes will be released once they are completed. hopefully first thing tomorrow morning as they are currently being reviewed. topics that were discussed at the meeting will be posted in the minutes.

The new BOD is as follows:
Bill - Pres.
Mel - VP
Rick -T
Jay - S

May as well just use this for a head count for Food and drinks for the meeting, Just post here if you plan on attending the meeting so we have enough food to go around. Or we could do a Pot Luck where each member bring one item to eat and post here what you plan on bringing as we get a variety of foods. Snacks, Food stuff, Desert, Drinks Etc.
This is just a suggestion and everyone LMK what you think???

count me in for the columbia meeting, let me know if i need to bring some food or desert.
 
The boys and I will be there and possibly Chris. Let me know if I need to bring anything and if anybody has any food allergy(ies).
 
Well I can bring a big pot of Chile or a Pan of Lasanga If the member will be OK with that as a main stay of food. Then others can bring snacks and chips and things???
