March Meeting

Not that I could ever be Bias! But this was the Best meeting I can Remember since I have been in the Club. Not only in Attendance but just in general I think we are all on the same page now, And that is a great way to attract more people to come and have some fun and enjoy an afternoon with Friends of Like minded Interests. I had a great time and hope everyone else did too. A good Guesstimate was around 30 attendees as far as i could tell, Not counting kids.

thanks to mel and liz for having us over and to all who made and brought food and drinks and i have to agree bill, the meeting was great and for as long as i've been here and at these meetings it was the best turn around i have seen......looking good so far guys/girls
 
Mel thank you for opening your home to another great meeting. It is always good to see everyone and hang out with friends. I wish I could have stayed longer but had company coming over and I got to spend time with my wife tonight which can be rare with her finishing her masters degree. The chilli and other food was great.
 
Ditto to what everyone else has said. Very good meeting and nice to meet some folks I didn't know. Thanks again Mel and Liz. Bill it was good to finally see your setup as well. Very impressive. :)
 
thanks to mel and his wife to being great host and it was great to put faces with names. learn some great info on QT. Thanks go out to BIll and his stunning tank and went by Rhett's and his business tank is looking awesome. hope everybody loved the desert(its my favorite). had a great time, cant' wait til next month.

I'll chime in as well. We had a great time at the meeting and look forward to the next one. Thanks Mel for opening up your home and wisdom to us. Bill, it was great seeing your great tank back in Spring Hill.

I think Mel did discuss the Importance of Quarintine, Due to the Loss of his SPS due to an unknown Worm that wiped out 6 years of Growth of some of those Corals in his tank.
Also the Fact that the Bylaws will be rewrritten to simplify all the Voting to the Election of a new board if there is more than one person running for the position. This task will be undertaken by Brandon, A long time Member of the Club who is still very active in it! As the Statement went, The World is run by the ones that show up!
