Marine ich?

So unfortunately I woke up this morning to 2 of my fish dead with white all over them and my remaining fish has white spots all over it. I'm guessing this is marine ich? But from what I looked up it wouldn't kill all my fish so quickly? Anyone any advice? It's a reef tank so I don't want to dose with copper and I'm trying to figure out how to quarantine my last fish (I don't really have anywhere to quarantine). Any ideas or recommendations would help.

In addition the last surviving fish was the last one I put in the tank about 2 or 3 weeks ago and everyone was healthy prior to what I noticed this morning.

Without Qt your fish will probably die:( I would say it's more than Ich. Ich usually takes longer to kill fish. There is just not a lot you can treat for in a reef tank. Depending on the size of the fish you can qt in 5 gal buckets. I use these all the time for my smaller fish while doing the TTM.

Maybe someone else can offer better advise

Thanks I'm thinking of a QT for my last guy but a 5 gallon bucket for how long until I know my show tank is completely rid of the issue. To be honest I just noticed the ich last night and today it seems like it finished them (so it could have been longer)

If they werent showing any symptoms before and suddenly were all dead it sounds more like velvet, Ich goes through cycles and usually doesnt kill so quickly, With velvet however once you see the symptoms its usually too late. Also Matches up with the timeline of your last added fish, Most LFS run copper at non theraputic levels to hide symptoms of disease, Symptoms will usually appear around 3 weeks after being in a copper free symptom.

Theres a few sticky's here about how to diagnose and properly Treat Disease's. I recommend giving them a read and deciding on a course of action, id set up a QT/Hospital tank regardless though.

You will most likely end up removing your fish to treat them and leaving your display tank fallow(Fishless.) for 6-10 weeks.
