Marineland 300 - empty weight?

Im wondering if anyone knows how much the new marineland deep dimension 300 gallon weighs empty or a round about idea. Im picking one up sunday and wanna know what ill be dealing with. Thanks

The "Shipping weight" for the 300 tank is 650lbs. They are HEAVY, even with 6 guys it's still not fun. The more people you can put on the tank to move it the better.

have fun. i just moved my 240 all 3/4'' weigted 5-600# and had 8 guys.

I recommended Dollys... I moved a three-hundred not even 20 feet and I nearly crushed myself doing it. Compare it to moving a house...

+1 on the dolly's. We moved a 450 using three of them and it made it almost easy . . . well, you know, as easy as moving a 450 can be!

lol, i gotta take it downstairs to my basement too, hallway stairwell is 3 feet wide. Have 4 people to help, lfs said tank was 400-450 lbs....have 9 steps to deal with
