Marineland 36' LED Flashing all 0000

HI Folks,

I have a marineland 36' LED light on my cichlid tank with built in timer.

Today, it's flashing all 000's and will not turn on. In additional I can't set time or on/off settings. I've tried unplugging it, waiting about 10 min and plugging it back in and still does the same thing.

Does anyone have any idea what's causing this?
