Great condition with mounting legs/brackets for a 3ft tank could also work perfectly on a 4ft tank based on the bulb spacing. Will come with 2 T5 bulbs and the built in T5 ballasts. Will need MH bulbs and MH ballasts which are mounted remotely. 2+ years old. New $495 at premium aquatics + $90 for the legs, selling for $190 picked up locally.

It depends on what kind of ballast you buy, but new, you're probably looking at $125-$150 each ballast and probably $60-$80 for a new bulb. You could probably find used HQI ballasts on here for a lot less than that though.
