Leonardo, As I mentioned on the ZEOvit thread, I am only @ 50% the recommended dosage at this point. My no3 and po4 have dropped slightly, but my water does appear to be clearer. Either way, I am checking my alk every 2-3 days on both systems right now so I'm sure that this consistency could only improve the health of the tanks.
The coloration is still nice and rich for the most part, but a couple of my chalice corals have showed slight signs of too much light due to the clearer water.
Okay, I'll follow the progress, I'm looking forward to your further findings.
Leonardo
Really, you think so???
Well, I think so. In fact, I need to get a replacement![]()
A lot of similar corals have come in, but I still think this one is stunning!

Mark, where is the best placement for this beauty?
Where ever there is room![]()
Well that leaves me with a lot of options :hmm2:.
Well in that caseI had mine in lower light under my soli for a long time. Now its behind rock on the right hand side so I can see it as I walk down my hall. It grows well in high light but there are other coral out there I would save the high light for
Whatcha get?...I just got my new lens yesterday so hopefully I will shoot some new photos towards the end of the month...
Whatcha get?
I chickened out on the 24-70mm 2.8 and got the Nikon Zoom W/A-Telephoto AF-S Zoom Nikkor 28-70mm f/2.8D ED-IF AF Lens from B&H. Yes its 4mm less so I will lose some on the edges, but for $700 less, I figured it was worth last years model. I also like the fact that it is completely intenal focusing and does not extend out
I have the perfect place to put an EJMT. Maybe I'll pick up a piece this weekend at CFM.
