So, being out of the loop and all, what new coral nipping fish are you 50/50 on?

 Now that was a good try Alicia

I'm not really sure right now as I am still in the research phase, (I did start a thread over yonder ;) )

LOL recession, when you are a part of this forum, I believe recession only means I spent $500 on reef related items this month instead of $1000 or more. :)

Isn't that the truth :p

LOL........I didn't even see the black tang until Alicia mentioned it. That thing is cryptic!

I don't know why, but it lover the lower half of the tank. Its always crusing the caves and the rocks near the bottom. I guess its a chalice fan as well :)

Thanks Dan, Could you pick out 5-10 pieces for removal, its a tough process :sad1:
Nope, 2 or 3 maybe but having to pick more and colonies at that? Nope.:(

Pair of Joculators, black tang, unknow (high end) nipper to come...that's why I'll always be in the minors. Oh and lack of talent. :jester:

Too funny Dan. I haven't completely sold myself yet. It's either a fish or the Nikon 24-70mm f/2.8 :eek1:

I know what I would go for Mark, that 24-70mm f/2.8 is one sweet lens! One Ornate Thornback Trunkfish $399.00. One Gem Tang $2600.00. One Nikon 24-70mm f/2.8 for that perfect pic - priceless. ;)

Thanks Tom. I am still leaning to something that nips a bit more; but if I do, sooner or later I will need the 24-70 ;)

Sometimes its the smallest things that can ruin a weekend :(

I have no idea when it sprung the leak but it was some time between noon and 5pm. Oh well, thats this hobby; "if its not one thing, its another"

But since Mia Hamm retired a few years back, Emma feels like she has a chance to be a special player on the pitch :D

So, did you get it plugged until you can get over and get a replacement?

Knowing her father, she'll be known as "Mini Mia" for a few years:lol:

I just put a temporary coupler on there so I could screw in the nipple and feed the media reactor.

mpoletti your tank looks great, thank you for taking the time to do the recap after the split. Beautiful pictures and amazing corals!

Thank You Boret. I figured it was time for a recap as this is the 6th split :)

Mark- I definitely think you so go with the nipper or at least one from that family. They all have great personalizes.

Great pic, Mark! I really like it - especially the mood you created. I notice you made capture at 1/80", yet the Joc is still relatively sharp - nice.
