Cool video Mark, I like the spaces between the different islands that you have. It comes through a bit better with the video vs. just pics. Your tank is so filled in it's hard to see that there's some separation there, lol! But that's a good thing, right... :lol:

Thanks Dave. The islands and caves are something I wanted for the fish. Thinks have turned out pretty good so far, now I just need to upgrade so I can let me corals grow out

If I ever upgrade, it would either be in the garage or in a different house after taking a break.

Thanks to the California Legislature not being able to play nice, we are still furloughed three fridays a month and who knows, it may get worse The only thing is that I train at lunchtime everyday.

What type of training do u do Mark?

At a Strength and Conditioning gym. There are jujitsu guys, MMA guys, atheltes, washed up athletes (me) and just people who want to train harder that a 24 hour type gig. I started palying soccer after a 5 year hiatus and the extra 25 lbs I've lost in the last couple of months should definitely help out when the next season starts up. Its similar to a "cross fit" place, but there is also powerlifting club that works out there so it gets a little intense more often than not.

Good job on getting back to the Gym...........I need to do the same. Just found out a Month ago my Cholesterol is sky high so I had to start a diet in just a little over a month I have lost 14lbs!!!
