Mark's 180 Starfire upgrade

Glad to see you still around Mark. I hope you and your family are still doing well. How about a shot of the tank when you get a chance...

Thanks Ryan. Life is good. I'd say I'd try to get a picture, but that would probably just be a lie :hammer: I have zero interest in the hobby right now. I just delete the divers den daily emails now.

How's life in your part of the woods?

I'm all most right there with you but can't seem to kick the addiction! The tank is more of a chore these days than it is enjoyable. With my shoulder surgery and the worse cold I have ever had in the past 3 weeks the only thing I have done is top off and feed the fish. I haven't tested in weeks and corals are growing into eachother or getting knocked over and killing eachother. Must have lost 5 pieces in the past 2 weeks from this............oh well life goes on!!

I hear you, but enjoying life is most important. You will no doubt see something new that will re-spark your interest eventually! I had no interest while I was fallowing the tank so I know how you feel. That was definitly the closest i've been to calling it quits but right now im having a ton of fun with the fish so that is good, I'm just very busy with two jobs, two kids, a wife, a big ole fish tank, and full time college! But I'm still finding time to have some fun and keep things in perspective.

Please keep us updated on you and the family even if it isnt' "reef" related!

Man, I can totally relate to what you guys are saying here. Having a big white bin as a display combined with the kids activities and work has left me with little interest and frankly it's painful to look. I too used to look though the daily DD emails but I don't think I've opened one in weeks. I'm even not planning on going to CFM which is my favorite show. I assume you restarted playing soccer, are you playing in a league now Mark?

 Its just a party here today. See what happens when I don't log in for a few days.

I did one reefing related activity this weekend. I got some mor co2. Its been out for a few weeks and I have no idea how long before that :p

Yeah Dan, I started playing in a league again, but I don't know how much longer I can play :sad1: My knee seems to not be fully revoverd so I'm kind of playing on it until it goes out again...

Time to wipe the dust off the tank for a few pictures...
