Mark's 180 Starfire upgrade

That is one of the worse tank I have seen in the hobby. Who in their right mind would collect only the rare stuff. I would only keep the regular stuff so other could recognize.

Your tank is really inspiring. All of your corals have such beautiful corals and if your tanks beauty wasn't enough, your macro pictures are incredible. Great job on a tank. Where did you have your tank built and would you do starfire again knowing what you know now? Great job and good luck

Thank you for the kind words. If I build another glass tank, it will always be starfire tank. I had my tank built by Lee Mar.

Nice shots Mark. The UPM is one of my favorites :inlove: Yours appears to be lavenderish, no? When I had my mini colony it was more of a whitish body with purpleish tips, too much light maybe? Where do you have your's located.

Dan, Mine is about mid way up on my rocks. It does well under different light placement, but I'd also say that my tank has plenty of nutrition these days.

As for going to a MARS meeting on a Friday night? No thanks, I'll pass
