Thanks Rob. I have actually thought about fragging up this piece of late to reset the coral on a flat rock :(

So Mark, you're a Nikon man? :smokin: What body are you using. BTW, I just picked up the 105mm VR Micro (Macro) lens a couple days ago. I'm psyched.

Course I ain't gots no coral or fish to shoot yet. :o

Paul

Hey Paul, I shoot a D40x. Its a great started body. One day I might sell some frags and upgrade, but I'm ok for now.

How is the tank coming along?

Funny you should ask. I get ribbed all the time by local hobbyists. Anyway, the tank should be completed in 2-4 weeks. Hopefully the plumber will be by next week. He was supposed to install a slop sink last week, but got slammed with frozen pipe calls. The electrician should be by soon, I still need to reinforce my living floor and I need to build some sort of enclosure/little room for my basement sump. I also need to get my stand/canopy done with a friend too. Other than that, right on schedule. :o :D

Oh, I do have most of my dry Marco rock, acrylic supplies for rock structures and some Deep Water Rock samples are on the way soon. I'm ordering Tonga Shelf type pieces frm Dave @ DWR and plan on some Mag Rocks for the back and sides of the tank.

Mark,
I have had the 105 mm macro lens for many, many months and I have yet to use it, okay, once I tried and I had no luck. When I come by in a few weeks can you help me out with it all? Maybe I can take some pics of your stuff with my camera and that lens. In the meantime I may break it out and give it a try again this weekend. Pictures are looking awesome. The colors are off the hook :).

That sounds great Alicia. I think I am going out of town the first sat of Feb, so any time after that should work just fine :)

The tank is doing pretty well. It is really going through a good growth spurt, but I picked up a couple new pieces. That means I will need to move some things around to give the corals their ample space and light.

How the the Ultimates PM doing from the last time you were over?

Thats great to hear Paul I will watch for updates ;)

They're few and far between. But I'll get to them eventually. :)

Hey, what's the deal with Terry? You should to get on his case about his FOWLR.

BTW, great pics of some sick corals (as usual). :smokin:

I think Terry is going throgh a mid life reef crisis. Its in his blood; he was here on RC for a long time before he morphed into the tbone we know. He'll be back.
