Maroon & a Bubble

I've been spending a little christmas money lately and have acquired a bubble coral 1 week ago and a maroon clown 2 days ago. THe maroon is always in the bubble....is this normal? Will it stress my bubble??

Are you referring to a real "bubble coral" (( Plerogyra sinuosa )) or a bubble/bulb tip anemone (( Entacmaea quadricolor )) ??

I would think if it is a real bubble coral that it could damage it --- rubbing it against its skeleton. If it is a BTA, if the maroon is around the same size as the anemone it could "love" it to death.

maroon clowns usually kill LPS corals by trying to treat them like an anemone.

+1, get the bubble out for a while and replace it with an anemone if you can. marroons own LPS
