Hi all!
My Maroon clown witch always ate pellets and flakes and was really nice and fat just stopped eating. From been a very good eater he became in 2 weeks extremely skinny .
It all began 3 weeks ago. Not having the usual brine shrimp or copepods treats , I fed my fish with ( frozen sashimi capelin Roe Masago, you know the tinny red roe from sushi ) in particular the clown went crazy over them but since then he tastes pellets, flakes but spits them and does not swallow not even Mysis. He only east the masago and live brine shrimp.
Anyone knows about this behavior? Can fish be so picky to starve to death ? Any one knows how to retrain a fish to accept all variety of foods?
