I currently have a 75 gallon tank with a 20 gallon sump 2 small maroon clowns a six-line wrasse and a bangaii cardinal so far my maroons are very loving to each other and the six line is also spending a lot of time with them, they all swim together and will hang out in same area no real aggression AT ALL so do you think it would stay that way or as the clowns get older are they going to start hurting each other and other fish? id love if they became s mated pair. so i guess my question is, even if my maroon clowns are best friends while they are little will they stay that way when they grow up? i Also have a long tentical anemone some turbo snails and a pin cushion urchin.

They may end up as a mated pair...but they're mean little fish. As they mature, they'll get territorial and pick on any new fish you add to your tank! I would put the anemone at one of the far ends of the tank to keep the maroons isolated in that area and give the other fish a place to go at the other end.

well im hoping to get all the fish i want while they are all little (although not sure what else to put in because the 4 i have are all aggressive well supposed to be anyways) i have the anemone on the far right side of the tank neither clown has showed an interest in it yet although my sixline wrasse has definitely shown an interest he always swims through it unphased isn't mean or anything but like to swim very close to it....

all clowns are mean they they are paired up and have anemone, maroons just get bigger, haha... i have a pair of maroons, 1 gold-striped and the other is white-striped, and they really arent that bad at all, just got a blenny the other day and they havent picked at him at all as far as i can tell... good luck with your pair, keep us updated

Usually aggression happens right away if it's not going to work out.
While many clowns are territorial and can be mean, usually maroons will claim a space in the tank to call their own, and usually they aren't too bad to other fish as long as they stay from that space.
I have had a maroon that did not like other red fish, so something like a flame angel was out of the question, she'd kill it in a day.
That doesn't always happen, but something to keep an eye out for.
