Maroons and anemones

I have 2 maroon clowns. I want to get an anemone in Sept. when my tank is more mature. What anemone do they host? Hopefully a RBTA. I love the looks of that one lol. Thank you in advance for advise

Natural counterpart is BTA/RBTA but Maroons are pretty fearless and will take to just about any anemone they can get to. Mine hosted a BTA in my 90 and an LTA in my 180.

Maroons dont host anything. Infact, no clowns host. ;)

The nems host the clowns. But anywho....BTA is a natural nem for maroons and is one of the easier nems to keep.

First night in my tank. Everyone things im nuts when i say, CONFINE THE CLOWNFISH, THEY WILL HOST.

With maroons, there is no need to confine the fish to get them to go to a BTA. They are attracted to them like a magnet, even tank bred fish go to them within hours, or at least that's been my experience. dalil, are those bleached BTA's? I can't really tell from the pic.

Yeah maroons are the easiest to host. But make sure you get a big enough anemone for them. They are brutal and can really stress out smaller anemones.
