Mated pair - Clarki's

Does anyone have any tips that would convince these 2 to spawn? I just picked them up on Sunday so I'm not expecting anything. I didn't know if they would even attempt to without an anemone.

Do you know for a fact that they had been spawning before you got them?

If that is the case, it could take a couple of months for them to start back up. And no, an anemone isn't needed.

It could be sooner, each pair is different in how they react to changes. My pair spawned two days after I moved, and will even spawn during water changes.

If they aren't killing each other, they're a pair. I hope they're in quarantine. (Hint.)
Once they do start breeding you will begin asking when do they stop... I had a pair that took over my 100g reef and ultimately had to go to a guy who bred clowns. I saw a 32 gallon barrel of their offspring and they were still at it.
