I can't wait to give you guys a tour of the place next year before we open. I want to bring all the clubs, MARS, NVR, BAR, and any others to see what we're working on. When I was hired our general curator told me that my connection to the hobby was a big positive factor in my employment. Our mission is to "spread the word" about the parts of the natural world that need the greatest protection and the bigger audience we can reach the better. As reefkeeping hobbyists we are an enormous group of passionate and informed people that are pre-equipped to know and care about coral reefs and love to talk about them. Consider yourselves ambassadors of a sort.
