Mauritius Fish

Seems like a lot more (well, relatively speaking) Mauritius fish are appearing on DD than in the past. Gorgeous couple of leopard wrasses today, Zebra Tang last week .... I wonder what's going on? Just a random blip, or do we thing we'll see more in the future?

It's hard to tell with DD cause they hold them for a while. They normally seem to come with few of the awesome fish and a bunch of bread and butter thrown in with them.

A lot of African fish have been coming in lately. I recently got an Esquiste fairy and Coopers Anthias.

I believe it has to do with what their suppliers are bringing in. From what I can tell they only use a small handful of suppliers, Quality Marine, Route 66, Russo' Reef, and maybe a couple of others. If they bring in Mauritius, we will see it on DD a couple of weeks later. I think we will see them more than we have in the past. I just hope it helps the prices creep down a bit.

Yeah I too hope the price creeps down on some of these fish. The Viven leopard wrasse that was on DD yesterday was awesome but not for 800$...
