Maxjet, cut of nozzle mod.

Has anyone done/used this mod where you cut of the output nozzle flush with the body? It is supposed to disperse the flow instead of being so forceful.
I was goning to try it but was checking before I hack of a perfectly good pump.

its sposed to make it not as focussed and make it a little stronger. Altho i did it and it still shoots in just a jet of water, but it is stronger.

Mine works as advertised, if you put it on some type of on/off switch that switches automatically, then it will also sometimes alternate directions of water flow, adding a small component of random flow to the tank. Good luck

take a knife with teeth, hack off the output tube all the way down to the base lol. Thats all i did.
