My Maxspect XF130 started making a terrible noise. I took it apart but I cannot get the motor out. When I have the cages off the motor shaft has two square plastic on it. I can't tell if they come off but they don't pull off easily. Without removing one I cannot push the motor out. Also I can't tell which way the motor comes out. The manual was not that helpful in this case. Any tips?
