Brian - floatswitches and top off stuff
Nathan (if available)- tank drilling, if not he can let me borrow his bits and I will try it. If we can get an old tank donation.
Spinnerbayt- Overdriving Bulbs- This is going to be a great demo! He has spent a lot of time preparing this for us!
Phil- Test kits, chemistry
Ron- If any emergency happens in your tank????
Clean-up Crew â€"œ Barbara (Ron's mom) has been doing this, anyone else able to help? Donations / Prize commitee- we have some VERY nice prizes donated this month! You will have to come and see for yourself!
Circulation pumps-4 Korali (#2’s & #3’s, frags, 50 gal salt, gift certificates and more!
Activities/Games for meetings - Ron, Maria, Aleesa
Let’s change up the FOOD table a bit!!! Bring something homemade if possible!
We need:
1). ice for drinks (please bring it in a cooler) - ???
2). drinks-your choice pop, LEMONADE, tea etc. â€"œ need at least 4 liter bottles- no caffeine runs out soonest! (we have a couple stored bottles from last meeting! We can stock up if extra! )
3). chips & dip or vegetable & dip - ???
4). Cookies â€"œ Lana always steps in to help! Thanks!
5). Paper Goods- plates,napkins,cups,trash bags - Aleesa
6). Fruit â€"œ Aleesa
Any other suggestions or food offerings will GLADLY be accepted! We are not shy when it comes to the food table! Food never goes to waste around us!

We are in need of tables to set up at our meetings.
The DEMO area really needs a TABLE. It is hard on folks to try and show us things while they are working in the floor! Demos would run smoother as items needed could be organized on the table. People watching would be able to see better as the camera would have a better viewing angle!
Need a GREETER TABLE large enough for folks to sign in the “guest book†and to pick up their name tag.
Need a PRIZE TABLE. I would like to set this table up each month in the same general area allowing people to walk around and browse as soon as they entered the meeting. This month I am trying to streamline the process to make it flow more smoothly. My goal is to make everyone aware of what we have as prizes and how to sign up for each!
Please remember the drawing for the donated prizes will be immediately after the demos. Winners must be present to win items.
We are in the “Yard Sale†season. There is one on every corner! See if we can pick up a few nice tables relatively cheap. The tables need to be sturdy, clean and fold up easily to allow us to store them at Cook’s. I’m not really concerned if the top is stained as we can put a table cloth to cover. Please pm me to let me know if you find any as I would like to reimburse you for the expense! These tables will stay with the meetings as our “member future†grows and expands!
