Ordered some t5 bulbs from marine depot, and 1 of my ATI blue plus came in covered in white powder? none of the others had any and I know the phosphors on the inside look like that. I immediately put it away, and washed my hands and changed clothes just in case. Any idea what that stuff was? And if its ok to use? or should I tell marine depot and get a replacement under their bulb handling insurance?
