MD has amazing Customer Service A+++

There are customer service reps who answer the phone and do what they can to finish the call. And then there are customer service rep who answer the phone and do what they can for the customer.

Walter at Marine Depot falls in the latter group. I have been working on my build for over a year and a half. Some of the items I purchased well in advance. And in the corner they sit while I work on whatever part of the build I am on until I can get to them.

Right now I just finished the QT room and I am setting up the QT tanks. Back in November I ordered two Eheim canister filters for these tanks. One of those filters was missing the accessory bag. The bag that has the return pipe, but more importantly the valves that attaches to the top of the filter itself. Without that fitting the filter is worthless.

But I purchased these in November, what were my chances anyone at MD could help me?

Well pretty good, Walter completely understood my situation and knew exactly that I was not going to be able to use that filter without the correct parts. He issued a RMA and is letting me exchange the filter for one with the correct pieces.

It just made my day knowing I can count on these guys.
