melanurus wrasse is very skinny

so among the many other issues I'm dealing with right now, my wrasse is very skinny behind his head and along his spine. he seems to eat nls pellets and continues to act normal. no white stringy poop he went through a prazipro treatment, should i treat the display again with prazi? and if so how do you keep oxygen levels up when treating with prazi and turning off the skimmer? urgent replies would be amazing bc i only have tonight for the next 3 days to really make any adjustments i need to make. thanks

Are you feeding enriched frozen at all? You could dose PP again to make sure it's not internal. Point a power head at the waters surface while the skimmer is turned off

You don't have to turn the skimmer off if its an internal. Just take the cup off and let it overflow back in. Now you will get air and your medications will not be removed.
