Melanurus wrasse white eye

My Melanurus wrasse suddenly has a white eye. It looks like a large piece id sand or a white pimple.
All fish were added 3 years ago so nothing new. Never had Ick or any other fish disease and never lost a fish. Knock knock on wood.
She is full grown and can't see out of it.
What the What? could it be...

Any signs of twitching and/or flashing. Is it still eating? Sounds like it may be Flukes. Maybe the experts will chime in soon

No defiantly not flukes. No twitching or scraping. She eats but it is hard for her to see with one eye. She usually nabs most of the food but now can't get at most of it but still has the appetite...
