I wonder if this wrasse eats flatworms ?, and buy live rock and my tank is full of small planarians, snails and hermit I have also, according lei this wrasse eats this too.

Typically yes, but may also go after snails and/or hermits.

Great fish. Eat lots of pests and hunt all the time. Will decimate a pod population so conflicts with keeping a Mandarin.

If you have a flat worm problem, there are known solutions. This fish is not guaranteed to eat them, I had one that didn't. Don't get it unless you actually like it, and they are awesome fish.
