Cuby2k - Yes, the clam is brilliant blue. When I shop for a clam, I really want an eye-popping aqua blue. I don't see them too often. That was under normal lighting, although I do have white balance adjustment set. What I'll do is take pictures from above in the near future, because corals are so pretty from that perspective.

The music was from Titanic. And the flow is from the two Tunzes, a VorTech, and the Little Giant return pump.

Melev...speaking of pumps, which do you like better the Vortech or the Tunze? I have been thinking of getting one and can't decide. Thanks for all your helpful info.

I really like the smaller VorTech, but for now the Tunze has the upperhand because it ramps up and down with its controller. When the VorTech controller comes out, I think it will be my preferred choice.

Thanks to the Titanic music, I was really hoping for a shot of a sweaty hand pressing against the steamy back glass of your tank. :D

Amazing video Marc. Truly an inspiration.

A few pictures from tonight. The 250w 10,000K Reeflux and the two super actinic VHOs were lit, but the 400w 20,000K bulb was off. It gave the tank an interesting look, so I captured a few images.

My Tiger Cowrie, about the size of a lemon, decided for the first time to hike up the glass overflow.

Here's the coral that I never ever remember the name of. Someone told me a few days ago, and I swore I'd remember. Oops.

Pink Milli - these corals look a little faded due to the recently cracked bulb.

I hope to take some top down pictures in the near future.

Amazing pictures Marc. What do you feed that tiger cowrie?

The LFS here had a couple of huge Hawiian cowries, but I was worried that one of those would starve in my tank. I just don't have much algae for them to eat. I did buy a small "money cowrie" that I think will only get to be an inch or so across.

That sounds right Gabriel. I've gotta get that one memorized finally.

Randy, I had some red algae on everything, and the turkey liver stuff which it seemed to like more. It wanders around and seems to vacuum off whatever it likes, but for the most part seems content with things. It appears healthy to me, and it is nice to see it out and about.

Echinophyllia with two L's but yeah, that looks about right (not that I would know, im just handy with google and what not). Very cool coral.

Thanks. I was trying to spell by memory. :)

itstheantitang - it seems to be clustered on the sand in two areas, and then occasionally on a tip here or there of the occasional SPS. It likes to grow on the suncorals too. My refugium is full of it, which looks rediculous, and yet my macro algae seems to have receeded substantially. The urchin may be the reason for that though.

freemans reef - aquariumspecialty.com is one source of many.

It comes with Windows XP. Look under Accessories for Windows Movie Maker.

My club members came over a couple of days ago, and decided to finish the woodwork for me.

Pictures will be posted shortly.
