It's not just you Bill I got a message that said Invalid Token.. But I dont know where on the PC to add quarters :lmao:

You probably have cookies disabled on your browser. Add mtrc.org to your trusted sites.

Tools->internet options->Security, and then click the trusted sites icon.

enter http://www.mtrc.org and choose add.

I did not hear back on this so assume that solution worked for folks, however I did one aditional adjustment to help..please try again.
