Remember that our club dues are a major part of financing for the annual fragswap. (watch closely for updated information on the frag swap coming in September

I see that it is time for me to renew my yearly dues. What is the best way to pay? I wasn't sure if the aforementioned ways to pay were still the best, with Cathy leaving. thanks

PayPal is the best because it will be easiest for the next treasurer to take right over with the passwords.

After about August 5, it will not be a good idea to send checks to my house.

We REALLY need a new treasurer to step up soon.

How are the officers/BOD put in place? Election or what? From working on the new website and putting the bylaws on it, I thought I remembered reading something about the board of directors terms running from June or July untill the next year. Is it time for re-elections?

Jay, This is something that has been discussed at the last several meetings, and the club is trying to move this in line with the actualy charter of the club, which is january to january cycle.

It had been propsed to move the actual election to the date of the Frag Swap to get as much participation as possible.

REally hoped on of the current board would address this, but it is one of the major topics of discussion that needs to take place at the meeting.

Cathy has volunteered to host tyhe meeting this Saturday at her house, She should post address and everything soon.I hope we can get a good turnout for the meeting, and we can get the minutes from the meetings posted on our website in the future!!

And thanks Jay for working on the website!!
