Memphis Frag Swap Nov 9th

OneReef

Reef Guru
I am pleased to announce the annual Memphis frag swap. This will be put on by Memphis Area Reef Society, or MARS, with a big help from Richard and Memfish.

Details
What: MARS Frag Swap
When: Saturday, November 9th, 2013
Where: 5685 Quince Ave. Memphis, TN (this is an empty store space right next to Memfish)
Time: 10am-3pm, but we can be flexible if need be

Space for vendors: $25 per table
Admission for non-vendors: $3

If you are interested in having a table/area at the swap for your dry goods or livestock, please PM me and we will work out the details.

With Memfish being next door, getting water for your tanks should not be a problem, if you cannot bring your own. Memfish has offered to supply water to vendors. :)

We are planning to try and get a food truck to come and park in the parking lot, so that food will be available.

There will be raffle and door prizes, displayed on the table for all to see. :)

Thanks, I look forward to seeing everyone.

I don't think this forum has an actual club attached to it. That being the case, there is no BOD here to ask about posting outside club events here.
In almost all cases like this one, the event notice pinned to the top of all club forums applies. Again, this forum is a bit of an anomaly, and this thread gets a pass.

Reef club events **PLEASE READ**
In the continuing effort to curb forum spam while at the same time supporting the local clubs the staff of Reef Central asks that advertising club events remain limited to the forum of the club holding the event. Additional advertising is provided in the announcement forum and in Reef Keeping magazine. Neighboring clubs who wish to support each other’s events can do so by having a club officer post the neighbors’ event in their forum. This will prevent conflict between club events and help reduce the possibility of abuse while allowing each club the privilege of advertising in the forums provided through the web site. We realize the importance of club events and the need to advertise them but at the same we all must respect the boundaries of our neighbors, as the events they are holding are just as important to them as yours is to you.
