Looks like an Atlantic carpet aka sun anemone.

The red veracues are throwing me off. Not to mention they are running pretty low like a mert. Atlantic have small brown spots.

Can you take some better pics so we can ID...

A mert has an oral disc that is green, cream, or yellowish. His verrucae bumps are usually Magenta, but more distinctive in size and alignment on pedal column.

Although I haven't seen an antlantic with those particular red spots, I still believe you have got an Atlantic carpet.

A good way to find out is to blast him with light. If Atlantic, he'll flatten out. Very flat and hard looking.

I have blasted him with light and he forms folds all around the oral disc , he just maintain himself fluffy & folded kinda like Haddoni. To me he looks like a hybrid between Haddoni ( oral disc ) Mertensi ( column & foot ). But I'm confused.

Mertensii have distinctive rows of red dots on the underside of the disc which run down to the column.
The S Helianthus however has some batch of orange dots on the column; S Helianthus are usually much smaller than mertenssi.
A picture of the underside of the disc would help better id of the anemone.

I think we need more pics of the top of the anemone. It looks to me like it might a Cryptodendrum adhaesivum or Pizza anemone.

It could also be a S. tapetum. How big is it?

Tents of Pizza are forked on the rim, and different from the inner tents. Very distinct. Those tents look like nubs, not forks, but under stress like it is could be anyone's guess. Could be if the tents changed under light...

Better pics needed, under light while it opens up.

I'm still struggling accepting this ID. Call me loopy, I know. Jared, the markings you posted of the Atlantic carpet have well organized spots, and no red markings on the bottom of the foot. The red markings on the OP's pic shows a different marking pattern, and show up on the bottom of the foot. From what I understand, Mertens have disorganized red markings all the way to the foot, and under the foot. You're all probably right, it's just me struggling....

OP, do you have any pictures of this anemone when it opens up under lights?
