My LFS sent me an email letting me know that they received a S. mertensii. It's approximately 8" and appears to be in good health.
If you're interested in purchasing it, shoot me a PM and I can provide more details. The last mertensii was purchased by someone out of state, so I'm assuming they'd be willing to ship again, but depending on where you're located it may not be a good idea to ship in cold weather (it's extremely cold here in CA right now, which is extremely rare).
