Awesome Jason. The lumenmax elite, lumatek ballast with a 400watt radium bulb was the best lighting mix that I did with halides. Tremendous growth and color. My acros literally grew to another level switching from the 250watt to the 400watt. I had to tweak my leds to match the 400watt radium. It's crisp white with a blue tint rather than a windex look.

Hks picked up the last 2 reflectors. No reflectors left. The only thing remaining are the 3 x 400 watt Galaxy ballast.

I was so embarrassed because I have not cleaned the display for 3 days (been busy lately) so there was algae and I am in the process of switching lights on my 5ft lps tank. Almost like walking in a girl without makeup in the morning. I wasn't ready. It was out of the blue. Thankfully all of the equipment sold. I appreciate it.

How old are the 400 watt galaxy ballasts?
Are they electronic or magnetic?

Give or take less than 2 years old. I didn't use them much. I switched immediately to the lumatek switchable blue ballast. They are electronic. They will come with free radium bulbs when purchased. Radium bulbs used 6 months.
