Metal halide

I have a 40g reef tank, and am interested in getting a metal halide, but am not sure what kind of wattage I should be looking for. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I would probably use a 250 watt SE Radium bulb and be done with it. You should be able to keep all kinds of corals with a good reflector.
