i had my yumas under 400w metal halides before and they were doing just fine in a tank 30in deep. bulbs were inside regular spider reflectors.
im upgrading lights to lumenarc minis not a big deal on its own but also i have a tank now that is only 24in high. if i acclimate them to the new light will i be alright? am i asking for trouble? i probably have more yumas then i have shaded areas in the tank!
id like to hear from folks that are keeping yumas successfully under 400w MH bulbs with lumenarc or lumenbright reflectors. hope i hear some good news. the tank will be mainly SPS but my favorite corals other then SPS are YUMAS!
thank you
