mh bulb change question

I've been running a 400 watt radium se bulb on an hqi ballast. Color was ok but it changed within about 4 months. I have 2 to 3 inch sps frags only. I'm thing of changing the bulb to an Iwaski. I know the color itn't the best, but the growth is excellent. Any thoughts?

I run Iwasaki's on IceCap ballasts. The color is a nice and crisp white. Very little yellow.

I wonder if hqi ballast will make it yellow

Some ballasts will change the color of the bulb, not sure about thatballast though as I dont have experience in using it.
