175w 14k Hamilton bulb 4 mos use @ 8hrs a day $30

Reflector with Mogul socket (the reflector came out of a parking lot light and really pushes the light down) $10

Do you have any 250w ballasts like the one you made for the other guy a few years ago? I would like two 250 wat set-ups and I'm not sure if I should get two different kinds of ballasts. Or can I build one like the one you built with little electrical know-how? Thanks
