Decorator Arrow Crab. Sorry its a bad pic. He comes out at night, so it is a shot using only the camera flash.

Pom Pom Crab. I really need to get better at these night shots. lol.

New ATO from autotopoff.com. Works well so far.

Reservoir for ATO. Just an old salt bucket filled with water, and a maxijet to pump it to the tank. I drilled a hole in the lid for the power cord and tube, and put it on to keep the water clean.

I also upgraded my sump light to the Lights of America 65watt flood light.(the bright one on the right) It grows chaeto 5 times faster than the original light on the left.(A 32watt flourescent bulb in a shop light fixture)

Oh sure, you like Billys pictures that he took with is cell phone, But my 8 megapixel camera isnt good enough, so you gotta bring your fancy schmancy SLR and show me up. I see how it is. LOL J/K.
Anyways.... yeah, I had to move my clam off of the sand because the dragon goby would keep dumping sand on him.

Oh btw, The Arrow crab molted his shell last night. It scared me, I saw his exoskeleton rolling around and thought he was dead. Luckly the shell was empty.

I also changed the T5 bulbs. Now the current line up is...

FRONT

ATI Blue Plus
UVL Aquasun
G.E. 6500K Daylight
ULV Super Actinic
ATI Pro Color
ATI Blue Plus

REAR

The colors are more vibrant and really pop out. Before it was a little too blue and the colors looked a little washed out.

Looks great. Couple questions:
How often are you changing your bulbs? What pump are you using on the closed loop? What size is the pipe for the closed loop?

I change the bulbs about every 9 months.
The closed loop is on a Sequence Dart (3,600 gph.)
Inlet to the pump is 2" and the outlet is 1 1/2"
The outlet Goes to a T and reduces to 3/4" for the closed loop manifold.

The manifold loop around the rim of the tank is 3/4" pvc. Then there are eight 1/2" locline returns off of the loop.
Also there are two 3/4" locline returns from the sump.
