Its been quite a while since I have posted an update. Here is a new photo

Sorry to say that the toadstool is gone. It has moved on to a larger tank where hopefully it will continue to grow even larger. I still have 2 frags that are growing just as fast, so hopefully they will fill in the gaping void in my tank. Or possibly some new SPS will go there.

Holy crap! I do believe that is the largest leather coral I have ever seen in a reef tank.

It must have been hard to let it go.

Yeah, it was hard. I have visiting rights... like an open adoption, lol. As soon a I get the next pay check its off to the LFS and look for some new coral

It is a tek T5 fixture made by sunlight supply. It comes with its own cable mounting system. here is a link to where I got it.

Thanx, I have the TEK 8 Lamp system mine didn't come with any cables to suspend it. I will definitely be ordering that ASAP.

its easy to install. It should come with wood screws if your lucky enough to hit a stud and it also comes with molly bolts in case you have to hang it in just drywall. I hit one stud and had to use a molly bolt in the other. only other tools you need besides a drill and screwdriver would be a plumb bob or some string and a weight so you can line up the light just right and know where in the ceiling to drill the holes.
