Yes silly autocorrect on ipad.
I am using Sodium Flourine.
The daily dosage is 4.5 mg per 100L for my calculation.
In my system - it equally distributed over the day x 12 times because it is mixed into my alkalinity bottle.
You can add Iodine into the alkalinity bottle too if you wish. :idea:

Cool.. It sucks that it is so insoluble, I would have liked to make a 1 drop per 100l solution. I had to settle for 1ml per 100L

Sorry guys, I've had a rough few weeks. I found out my mom was in the hospital, gravely ill with cancer in Florida but she didn't want me or my brother's to know how bad it was. I was able to go back and see her before the end. She passed away Monday.

I'll be back when I can. Tell your parents, siblings, and loved ones that you love them. Settle any pettiness before its too late to say sorry. Life is too short...
 
Condolences to you and your family. I am glad that you were able to spend some time together before hand.
After losing several immediate family members to cancer, I fully support your sentiments to share our love with our families while we have them.

No matter how many times we say or think that losing a dear person is a sad part of our lives,it's always difficult to deal with it.
Doesn't matter if you had time or not to process or get ready for it.
Only time heals this kind of wounds and i wish you and your family will have plenty of time to remember her bud.
Words in this case are just words,so hang in there matt and day by day it will get a little better.

We will be waiting for you when you are ready man,take your time.

News of this nature always upsets me and brings back memories. As Mike said above I have found that time will help you and will make it easier for you to cope with your loss.
