LOL!
Supposedly Kraash was going to have one, but I have not heard anything. Now I am hungry too!!
This one is quite easy. If you have made mashed "taters" before, this will be a breeze for you. Once again, no exact measurements, a few, but you will have to feel your way through it. Trust me it is pretty easy, really tough to screw up.
Peel, cube and boil five pound of potatoes. Does not matter what kind, but I prefer reds, because of their smooth texture.
Once the potatoes are tender, go ahead and mash them. Heres where it gets good.
Add a stick of butter, or two if you want to get crazy. Add a small container of sour cream and a pack of Philadelphia cream cheese. Do not use generic cream cheese. On certain things you have to have the brand name, Philadelphia is one of those items.
Blend together, add garlic powder, onion powder, paparika, salt and pepper to taste. I prefer to go light on the garlic, paparika, and onion, then I go slightly heavy on salt and pepper. Make sure to put some in, taste it and add more if needed. Do not be afraid of spice, but never over do it. Takes time to get a good feel.
Now check the consistancy, if you are happy, then you are done. If they are kind of thick, thin it out with half milk and half chicken broth. Once again, add a little, blend , check, repeat if necassary.
If you really want to take them to the next level, top your portion with shredded cheese, real bacon and chives.
This will blow your guests away at all the holidays. Hope you enjoy it.

Inside Micheal’s Kitchen (Greek Garden Salad)
This is a tremendously good salad that doesnt follow the typical guidlines of a salad. I will not give exact measurements because I have never used them myself.
I would encourage you to use fresh ingredients when possible, but all the items are also available packaged at you local grocery store.
Start with romaine lettuce and spinach leaves.
Add, some artichoke hearts, pecans, pimentos, sliced green and black olives. Optional thinly sliced green onions. I dont really like the way the onions change the flavor of the salad, but some people do, feel free to experiment.
Toss this mix with your favorite vinegarette. I prefer raspberry, but there are several vinegarettes, and they are all great on this salad.
Top each individual serving with fresh grated parmesian cheese, crumbled feta cheese and real bacon bits.
This is a great salad to proceed a steak dinner. Try it, let me know what you think.
