Micro Bubbles on a closed loop

Im having this problem too, only it happens periodicaly. About every 20 minutes it lets out a burst of micro bubbles.

Im going back to powerheads now so I can use a DIY controller.

i have that too in the begining cleared up on its own

I have a 2" inlet like its supposed to be. Im going to silicone all the connections tomorrow and see if that will help.
