Micro orange spots on sps?

Just noticed today, not sure what they are. Any thoughts? They appear dark in photo but vivid orange to the naked eye.

Edit: 99.9% certain after looking at pic.

Research Sentinel or Interceptor treatment for Red Bugs. It's easy, just need to get a vet script.
