I have been out of smart start for two full weeks and it could be a coincidence that the cyano has showed up I am not sure. I ordered the microbacter7 and it is coming tommorow does any think i can just start off with the maintence dose like I had been doing with the smart start. I'm not really adding any livestock for a bit.

My thoughts on this product dosed at 5pm set my alarm for 4 hours to turn skimmer back on. Compared to smart start I was dosing 1.5 oz for 60 gallons. This product is 0.25 oz for 75 gallons my overall gallons is 67. This is also 5oz bigger bottle for 2$ cheaper. Now let's hope I see some results

Plugged in skimmer and didn't overflow seem like normal operation
