Midas blenny with mandarin?

A midas blenny, unlike most blennies which are herbivores, requires a meaty diet including finely chopped crustacean flesh, mysis and vitamin-enriched brine shrimp, along with frozen herbivorous preparations, micro and blue-green algae. A mandarin requires copepods but will opportunistically snack on mysis and similar. Should be no interaction between the two. However a midas blenny may antagonize planktivores such as firefish.

The Midas won't compete with the Mandarin. My Midas doesn't even go after pods. Midas will perch higher on rocks and tend to avoid the bottom of the tank where the Mandarin will mostly hang.

I have a Midas in a 75g with a Spotted Mandarinfish and (2) Scooter Dragonets and I've never witnessed any interaction between them.
